  • A sketch of the affected areas/rooms and the scope notes. That’s it! The sketch and scope notes can be provided in any way that works best for you and your team. Whether it is via Matterport, DocuSketch, Word documents, or hand written on a napkin, we can work with you. Our team has a wealth of knowledge and experience in turning a small amount of information into a robust and accurate estimate.

  • All of our estimates will be delivered the next business day after receiving the project request. From that point, we can make as many revisions to the estimate as we need to until it is approved.

  • No. With billing option 1, your flat rate per estimate covers the entire project, no matter the Replacement Cost Value. With billing option 2, your flat monthly rate covers ALL of the estimates that we write for you, no matter the Replacement Cost Value. Whether an estimate is written for $10k or $500k, this will not affect your pricing in any way.

  • While we do not get directly involved in communication with the insurance companies, we are always here as a consultant and partner as you navigate this realm. We have decades of experience in this space and know all of the ins-and-outs of this industry. Essentially, once our estimate is sent to insurance for review, we will be here with you every step of the way until the project has been completed.
